My mother is in Syl-View Rehabilitation & Memory Care Center for a month now. We had not been able to see her because of the COVID rise again. We just have to kind of visit her through the window or just call over the phone. It's kind of awkward because she's used to being with us every day and seeing us every day. It's difficult for her at this time to cope with it. The staff is good. They're excellent. I can't speak for all of the staff down there, but the ones that I met there (they're the ones that are dealing with my mother). They are good staff. I feel like our needs are being met. The facility is nice, but it can be upgraded. I know they have a church.

My Family Member Was Here At This Facility For Less Than 2 Months And Within That Little Time He Has Developed Multiple Life Threatening Bed Sores. He Has Lost A lot Weight Do To Not Being Fed Properly If At All. He Had To Be Sent To A Nearby Hospital ICU Due To Them Not Doing Their Job If This Was The Last Place On Earth I Still Wouldn’t Recommend It. Another Patient There Stopped His Mom As She Was Walking Out And Asked For The Blanket She Had In Her Hand Because As He Stated” It’s too Cold In Here They Don’t Give Us An Extra Blanket If We Tell Them Were Cold”
