There was nothing that I liked about Palm Terrace Of Clewiston. It had an odor. The staff didn't go above and beyond. They were not very helpful in answering questions. No amenities. They seemed to not offer any amenities from what I saw. It's not very pretty. I'm a former police officer, and I've seen nicer courtyards in jails. I think it always starts with the staff. There's nobody that stands out. They don't go above and beyond. The people don't seem to be enjoying their job. I've been to places that are not new, but I don't mind that. If it's clean and it's old, that doesn't seem to be a problem. The staff just seems to be underwhelming. It's near me. I live in Clewiston. I would love to have my father 2 seconds away from me, but I wouldn't put my dog there. It's also right near a hospital. I wish it could work for me.

My aunt will move into Palm Terrace of Clewiston tomorrow. The staff was very energetic, very helpful. We have not tasted the food, but it's all cooked in-house. It's very clean.

This place smells of urine patients are in wheel chairs in hallway .Very 😢.Visiting room outdated. Bedroom had bugs and smelled.Staff could careless ( Just a pay check ) Awful ..

I put my husband in Palm Terrace of Clewiston. I like the people the best because they’re friendly, courteous, good to my husband, and conscientious. My husband has not complained about the food at all. It looks very appetizing and very good.

The staff is very rude. They have no patience with the resudents. Not many activitues. Residents are parked I n the hallway in wheelchairs and sit there all day. Staff does not interact with them. Buulding is dated and dirty. Ant's and riaches found in loved one's room. Poor moral with staff.Food is awfully. Facilty has filed for bankruptcy.

My mom is there at Palm Terrace. It's just too far from me and my sister. The administrator is very, very nice. The place looks clean but not my mother's bedroom. It's because of my mother's Alzheimer's and she cannot see and walk. She takes her clothes off, and the staff has to have a curtain drawn so that people don't see her. I understand so I don't want to complain. If there's anything wrong around her, it's her condition. I feel for the nurses because on top of everything they have to do, they have to feed my mom and do everything for her. To this day, she doesn't have a bedsore. They ordered an air mat for her and they have a doctor get in too. They are doing a great job. I just really want my mom closer to me though.
