"I had a friend that is in The Terraces at San Joaquin Gardens and that's a very upscale place. She just loved it there (they are a couple). It's very, very nice. They have three restaurants. They take their residents to different places. They enjoyed living there and they said the staff is very good. The apartments were very nice. I didn't taste the food, but my friend said the food was very good and the options for different kinds of food there. They also have wonderful activities. Once you go in there, you pay a big fee, like $100,000, and then the monthly fee, and then you're there for life. They take care of you until you die. It's very quiet there. They leave their little apartments and there's nobody in the hallways. The facility is absolutely beautiful. The grounds are lovely and the apartments are lovely. They offer different activities to their residents and if I have to go into a place like that, it would be something that would be of interest to me. They're very, very happy there."
