"Carla's Cluster Care is a small facility. My mother knows some of the staff because it's a small community. She has lived there all her life, and that is really one of the deciding factors. They have bingo, exercise, games, and activities where they invite families in for holidays or barbecues. The dining room is safer than where she was because the chairs are not on wheels. With her memory problems, she does know where it is, and that helped a lot. Also, the size is not overwhelming for her. She doesn't have to get on an elevator, and there's just more one-on-one interaction. "
