My mom is a resident of ALF Sanctuary Adult Residential Care. The caregiving staff seem more trained, and it seems to be a more engaging environment compared to the previous community she was in. The staff appears to be pretty good. I don't have to explain a lot of medical background to them. Their initial instinct is to react appropriately. In the previous place they would have to call me to verify what they needed to do. I have not tried their food, but I saw it, and they seemed pretty good on their mix of meals. They're nutritious meals. My mom has a very restricted diet, so they're still getting to know her terms of what she can and cannot eat. The place is very clean. My mom's room is nice. This time she's lucky she got a master bedroom and her own bathroom. It's very clean and very sanitary. It's pretty expensive, but the average expensive. So that part I'm still trying to get accustomed to, because it's like $7,000 a month.
