Creekside Village

I toured Creekside Village. It's just too expensive for me. It's not a senior community per se, but it's way out of my price range. It's very nice and clean. The landscaping is nice, and I saw some seniors walking their little dogs. The staff was nice, but she was very late with our appointment. She was almost an hour late, and there were some gentlemen standing outside. They were chatting and told me that she had had a personal emergency, but the sign on her door said, " I will be back at 11 o'clock", and it was 10, and she didn't get back till noon.

I visited the senior apartments of Creekside Village in Pittsburg. It was clean, fresh, open, and very nicely laid out. The apartments were laid out very nicely, too, with lots of light. Provided the demographics, it didn't have trip hazards or anything like that. There were grab bars for the bathrooms and things of that sort. The dining area was also very nice. The person who gave the tour was very friendly, upbeat, caring, and informative.

I visited Creekside Village, but they require more money than I make. The facility was okay, but the grounds were not very safe because they had a lot of dry grass around the area, so it could be a real fire hazard. If somebody threw a match or a cigarette out the window, it would cause a major fire. That was the only drawback I had with it. It was not a very safe place because they don't keep the grass up, and it's all dry grass. They need to clear all that dry glass around the apartment because that's not very safe. They have a washer and dryer inside the apartment, but you have to make a lot of money to get into that. Overall, the apartment itself is fine. It's the outside that I didn't like. It should be better kept up. They could improve by putting green grass so it's not dry around the apartment. They need to keep the grass green so it doesn't burn.

I toured Creekside Village. The staff I worked with was very caring and wonderful, and she answered all my questions. She was very, very nice and considerate. It was very nicely maintained. The pool area was nice. They were still in the process of cleaning the apartment that we saw, but it was very good.
