My mom's experience living at Oakhurst Healthcare & Wellness Centre was fine. It is what it is. She was in so much better shape than most of the residents there, so that was the only hard part, being around all those people. But overall it was good. There were two other ladies with her in the room and she was by the window; she was comfortable. The bathroom was in their room, so she didn't need help with that. She liked the food there, she said it was all good. They had activities there, like bingo some days, and crossword puzzles. The staff members there were nice. They were good. We didn't have to pay anything there becaus it was all under Medicare. It's an old building, and it would be nice if they could have a new building, but it's very clean.
