My mother lived in Imperial Heights for almost five months and was hold against her will. She hated this place, and I don’t blame her. Let me describe how this place look: rooms were dirty, no good AC during summer time, closets were stinky, dirty clothes mixed with clean clothes, flies everywhere, halls always crowded, dirty and dusty patio area, etc. About the staff, they were the most unprofessional people I have dealt with! Starting with the person in charge of the place (Jessica). She is just despicable and crooked. LVN (Amy D) extremely rude and ignorant. And many many other staff workers that desperately need to improve their manners. All in all, sending my mother to this terrible place was the worst mistake my siblings have done in their lives. My mother’s health deteriorated fast. Four months after, she is still fighting skin infections and issues with her atrophied legs. I will also like to mention that the reason I took my mother out of this place is because she was over medicated and as a result she had to be sent to the emergency room, as per my Please, don’t send your love ones to this place.

My father was admitted from Pioneer hospital first week of June 2011. He was admitted for physical therapy and after 4 days, we noticed that he's getting weaker, and found out that no physical therapies has been there to see him. other people had the same issues with their physical therapy. We found our dad...wet soaked all the way to his mattress.
