The experiences with this facility were varied, usually based on which shift we visited, in other words the staff present at the time. Overall the level of care provided by the nurses and doctors was acceptable. The main issue came in with the lower level nurses and CNAs. The LPNs seemed quite miffed if you dared bother them with any question, serious or benign. And the CNAs varied from the most gentle, loving caregivers to the most hateful ones, who barely wanted a job, just a paycheck. But overall the care was mostly positive. The only thing is I wish that the directors would take more interest in the actual running of the facility in order to gain more appropriate employees.

I went to visit a family friend at this facility. I was impressed with how nice the staff members were. They did take the time to direct me to my friends room. The facility was really small, but clean. When I made it to her room, I was not impressed because the room wasn't very clean. Also facility was older, so the room needed some updating. Next, she didn't appear to be very happy when I got there. I asked her what was wrong she told me she needed some help, but they were short staff. I did take the time to help her and make her feel better. Afterwards it was lunch time for her, she said she didn't like the lunch. Therefore, I decided to ask one of the staff members if I could go get something and bring it back. I did bring back lunch and we ate lunch in the dinning area because her room wasn't clean enough to have lunch there. She eventually left and moved to another facility.
