They were pretty nice. Sometimes, it was hard to get somebody to come but, all-in-all, they were pretty good. My dad had his own room at the Haven. The coloring scheme and all that was a little outdated, but it was a nice size, and they cleaned the room every day. It had a couch in there, and the bed seemed kind of narrow. He was there for over 30 days, and the whole time he was there, he had a dripping sink. He never really went into the dining room, and he really wasn't eating very much at all, but the food looked like it was good, and the dining room looked nice. They have lots of activities going on. In fact, it was during the holiday season, they had kids coming over from places and singing on several different times that we were there. They had like alarms on the doors -- on the exit doors and stuff. It seemed to be fine. We felt like he was safe.
