This place was terrible. My grandmother was an alzheimers patient, so she didn't understand how bad it was. The air conditioner in her room was broken most of the time, her mini-fridge (stocked with Boost) was often raided by the nursing staff, and theft was a huge problem. She often had her jewelry and clothing stolen or 'misplaced' as the staff put it.
