My husband was at Cedar Ridge Veterans Facility for six days before he passed. I don't know if anything needs to be improved, but I'm only giving it a 4 rating because it's a very homey country feel, whereas some people might want something a little more up to date. It's not up to date, and it's an older home, but the care was really good. They were efficient and caring. It is wonderful, but it is not sharp and new. Their food seemed to be excellent. I have not tasted their food, but I have been through the place while they were cooking, and it smelled wonderful. About activities, they have a back porch, they have rocking chairs, and they have a chance to go outside, but most of the activities I saw were them sitting and watching TV.
