"Not your typical elder care facility, My 88 year old mom with memory problems loves this place and I do to. My mom had memory problems for a few years but really shutdown after the death of my father and i think she was ready to join him. I made it my goal to get my mom healthy as possible once more. This is the type of place/club that treats your entire mind body and spirit. with the goal of keeping you out of those depressing full time facilities. both the owner and staff are friendly and pro-active with all your health needs and work with your family doctor aswell as any spiritual advisors you might have in an attempt to keep your golden years happy and healthy. This place is both integral to her health aswell as mind. Moms getting better every day and this place is a huge reason why. So fortunate that i stumbled across this place,"

"Active Day Richmond is a day-care center where you drop your parents off and come back to pick them up. It's reasonably priced and the staff is very good. They get different kinds of people together for activities. There's no outside area but the place was clean, although not as clean as the other community I visited."
