Terrible experience ,we had to keep calling them to get the services and supplies and they always had excuses. My father was in pain and agony and we had to literally begged for pain killers. The doctor misdiagnosed him with a cold and prescribed robitussin, we called a private doctor and he had pneumonia. He was extremely uncomfortable and suffering which is the opposite purpose of hospice. We had to asked them to change his assigned nurse on several occasions because of his lack of professionalism and because he was also in a hurry to go see other patients . They only changed him when we threatened to cancel their services. The sell you a dream that becomes a nightmare.

If you like me, never had experience with this services, try to avoid this provider. Hospice is business for this people, the quality of their service is very poor and you will need to constantly keep calling them to get the services you suppose to get without calling. Please interview several providers and don't believe in the dreams they will sell you, ask friends and relatives before make a decision.

I am personally grateful to Healthkeepers Hospice, Inc. My father was a patient for one week. It was an extremely difficult time for us, but I can't imagine what it would have been like without the support, care, compassion and professionalism of the entire staff. They became family friends. My father passed away, thankfully, in peace. Thanks for all your help. I would not hesitate to recommend your service to others.
