From personal experience, I know the nurses of Cleveland Area Home Health are highly professional, caring, and compassionate. I also know the agency was returned to the (local) control of a public trust and is no longer of "proprietary" ownership. The corporation that formerly ran the organization has failed to correct its name (and phone number) on discussion boards and web sites like this, and has allowed the public to think it still runs the agency. "Cleveland Area HOSPITAL Home Health" was the business name used by the corporation that formerly ran the agency; "Cleveland Area Home Health" is the NEW name, and the agency has been under excellent, local mangement since 01/01/09.
