I got a gal from Home Instead that comes here three times a week, three hours a day. Leslie is great. We think of her just like our daughter She vacuums the floor, cleans the bathroom, does the dishes, gives me a bath, and helps me make the bed. She helps with general housework basically. I've had no problems with Home Instead.

I'm using Home Instead - North Platte, NE. They come to my home a couple of times a week and take care of me. I've been using them for close to five years now. My wife had them for a couple of years and then when she passed, they took on me and kept on me. They clean the floors, the bathroom, kitchen, they vacuum and mop, they do my laundry, and whatever I need done. The caregiver is very good. Billing and scheduling are very good. I'm very satisfied with them and they really seem to want to please you.

Home Instead is taking care of my father with dementia. This agency is very easy to work with. The caregivers are amazing and do everything possible to let him live his best life with his disease. I feel like I can call and let them know any concerns or problems I may have and they do their best to fix it.

My wife is a client of Home Instead. The caregivers give her good care and they're here to see when she has to go to the bathroom or something like that and take care of that. They do housecleaning and they do whatever she needs is done. They don't give any meds. There isn't any med that she takes during the time that they're here. They make sure that if she has to go to the bathroom, she's clean and everything like that. They come from 1:00 to 5:00 in the afternoon and we have dinner at noon and I get supper after they leave. They don't do meals, but it's very important that they be here because there are things that I have to do. We're on a farm, so there are things that I have to do on the farm. I can't really leave my wife and so it's very important that somebody is here, so that I can do some of these other things that I need to get done. They communicate with me and they know that if I'm not available, they can talk to our daughter who is 200 miles away.

My dad wants to say, we love Rachel! She is so personable, but also very professional. She makes my dad feel very at ease. We are starting to feel like she is becoming family. She just knows exactly what to do and like I said, puts my fears at ease and also my dad.

I was very satisfied with the care my Mom received from her caregivers. I always had good communication with them. My weekly visits I would leave a note for the caregivers about doing this or that for mom. Not once did I get the impression they felt I was coming off as a "Bossy Daughter". I really appreciated receiving a text every Tuesday with a list of supplies for mom. That helped me a lot. I will always be thankful that Home Instead caregivers helped me keep my mom in her own home as long as we could.

The care that my mom received was awesome. They always tried to work with my schedule so I could keep my job during the day. If there was a care provider that my mom clashed with, they found someone else. That only happened once. We were very pleased how they cooked, cleaned and exercised my mom. They helped with bathing and read to her. All in all, I give them an A+.

Home Instead is doing an excellent job. We're very happy with them. Mom is 88. They help her clean the house, the nooks and crannies, they help her run loads of laundry because it's downstairs. They've been very personable. Joan, from the office, is always available when I have questions. They do have a little extra touch and they always have time to talk if I have a concern.
