"My mother is a client of Serving Seniors for Geriatric Care Management services. I live out of town, so having a compassionate, qualified and highly professional care manager in town is very important to us. My mother and I have been extremely pleased with Serving Seniors, and especially with Lisa, who is my mother's geriatric care manager. Lisa is extremely competent and very professional. She manages my mother's doctors appointments and medical care, transports her to and from appointments, and attends the appointments with my mother to listen, take notes and ask questions. I think of her as my mother's on-site advocate. She makes helpful suggestions and coordinates very well with other care givers who assist my mother. Lisa always sends detailed updates after medical appointments, or anytime they're necessary, with any medical news and other issues or questions. She is very good at independently making helpful suggestions. My mother and I are very happy with Serving Seniors and especially with Lisa. "
