This is a wonderful home health facility that we are lucky to have in our town. They are true professionals who approach every health crisis with a "go get them" attitude. They are very willing to discuss confusing medical procedures and disorders with family members. They make sure that the client or patient is receiving the best possible health care available!

Disapointed Caregiver

The Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist and Home Health Aide are all very knowledgeable and professional. However the management is terrible. We had a representative come to the hospital. We discussed in detail the services. I told her directly what I needed. She agreed. Then a nurse came to the house for the intake. She also agreed with the way I requested the services. Only to find out that both were wrong and the service could not be provided as I had requested. Later a service was not scheduled. They did not call me back when I made an inquiry. I had to call back again. They need to improve training for office personnel so that clients and their caregivers do not have to deal with mixups.
