We put my mother in Haven Hospice Lake City. They were really good. I'm really glad that she spent her last couple of weeks there. They were very good to her, and as soon as I get my insurance I'm going to make a contribution to them because they did such a wonderful job.

My dad is at Haven Hospice. It's very bright and cheery as far as the rooms, the hallways, and the pictures on the walls go. The staff is doing an excellent job with my father. There is a little area for children. The room has a living area with plenty of sitting room and a little kitchenette section. You can go outside and walk to the gazebos. It's very nice. The food is good. The facility is clean, and there's no odor in this place.

I used Haven Hospice. It was wonderful. The rooms were beautiful and I don’t think mom could have had better care. The nurse would come in and take care of her and when she’d leave her, she’d give her a kiss and tell her she loved her. They were just so, so good to me and to my mom. They were all very professional and very loving. I like the quiet, beautiful atmosphere and the support that they give to the family members.

I was impressed with the facility and the entire staff. Every staff memeber showed compassion for my Mom, as well, as all the members of our family.
