We’ve only had Comfort Keepers for a week so don’t have a permanent schedule just yet, but they have been very good communicating with us about who is coming and when. Also someone coming to introduce anyone new. The care givers have been good and understanding with my husband. I would recommend this company to others.

We absolutely love the care my dad receives!!!! Our care giver is absolutely the best. There were some communication issues with the office when the answering service was involved but that has since been resolved

I contacted Comfort Keepers in my community to learn what home care services they could provide after my surgery. My need for in home care was going to be short term until I healed and could return to work and independence. The intake associate came to my home and we discussed what I would need. She made a care plan at the time with me and we determined together what the home visit assistant could help me with, in addition to personal care for shower safety and dressing. I had two different care givers and when each came for the first time the intake-coordinator arrived with them for an introduction. I felt confident that the agency had good support with the caregivers and supervision. Both of the caregivers knew what was in my care plan and just what to do. They used the additional time to provide help with household things I could not do. I highly recommend this agency for their services for anyone needing assistance after surgery or hospitalization. It gave me reassurance and a lift and gave my spouse a needed break. I would absolutely use Comfort Keepers-Durango again.

I have used Comfort Keepers to stay with my husband when I have had to travel out of state to visit my elderly mother. The provider has been responsive to my needs and worked with me to identify the best care giver for my husband. The care givers have been kind, respectful and helpful. They genuinely care about their clients and the service they provide. I would be happy to recommend their services.
