The staff at the facility always seem crabby or stressed out. The facility does not seem to be a very cheery place. I feel sad when I go visit my great aunt because it is like she only sits in a chair and is only noticed when she needs to use the bathroom or take medication. I feel like the staff does not get to know the residents. The facility is extremely clean though.

The staff was very personable. They were willing to answer all questions and assist with anything else we needed. There was a list of many activities. The meals were prepared in a home-like kitchen setting. They were served family style which seemed for work well for those at the facility. The facilities were very nice with a beautiful front porch and room. There was also an additional porch and fenced in garden area in the back. It was excellent for a person who enjoys a little time outdoor and/or to themselves. The personal rooms were open concept and have their own bathrooms and lots of space for a bed and chair and personal effects. The only negative that I noticed was the lack of staff during the over night hours. There was only one available at this time and that made me a little nervous. However, there was always someone on call if anything was to happen. Overall a beautiful facility with excellent, competent staff.
