"I visit Eagle Pointe often and find the staff and environment very friendly. They seem to have a very good number of staff working with the residents. The food that I have experienced is very good but I do not eat it every day. I have heard that they are working on some renovations which is needed but the building seems clean. The Director of Nursing is very knowledgeable and they have added Nurse Practitioners every day of the week. I saw that their Star Rating is a 4 overall which speaks to the strides they have made. No Nursing Home is perfect but I believe this one is doing a very nice job. "

"My sister will move into Glenwood Community. We did the independent living, but we did the one in the main building, not the cottages. The cottages were too far away. The tour was excellent. They have bent over backward for us. They're very compassionate, very knowledgeable, and very helpful. I only worked with one staff member, but she was outstanding. The facility was very clean and very well kept and it had a lot to offer for activities and things. The dining room was restaurant-style and my sister would have a bigger choice of food options. They have the hairdresser, exercise, housekeeping, anything that she would want, transportation to doctors and shopping, raised garden beds if you want to do a little flower or vegetable gardening, and they allow pets. I could probably think of a dozen more, but that's what comes to mind right now."

"My father-in-law is at The Wyngate Parkersburg. It is a really nice facility. I wanted an atmosphere that was not like a nursing home. I want people sitting out in the halls. The rooms are a lot nicer and bigger. It is costly. When you look at the other places, it's not really that costly. It is clean. It is a nice facility. They are very friendly, and they would go out of their way to help you. They have been great with my father-in-law. He is not eating well, but it is not their fault. They have activities every day. They have bingo, a book mobile comes around, parties, happy hour on Fridays with beer and wine. It is easy to navigate. It is on flat grounds, and everything is right there within arm's reach. It is costly, but it is nice. With the other facilities, they were about the same money; he was not gonna get the room or the care he was getting here."

"The Willows Center has a very professional and caring staff. My mother has multiplschlerosis and after having open heart surgery she could not walk at all. The physical therapist here were more then eager to assist her in gaining leg muscle back to at least be able to hold herself up. The physical therapy room was all up to date with the latest equipment and technology. All of the staff in physical therapy was well trained and eager to assist.The nursing staff in the facility was also excellent. They all were concerned about her rehabilitation and made her feel like home.I would recommend this facility to anyone for rehabilitation or as a nursing home. The grounds of the faility was beautiful also.I would not change anything at this facility it was a great experience. "
