Welcome to Woodridge Rehab and Nursing! Woodridge Rehabilitation and Nursing is a 153-bed facility located on the grounds of Central Vermont Medical Center, ensuring easy access to emergency care, diagnostic testing, hospitalization, and medical specialties when needed. Woodridge is a beautiful building designed for comfort and security, with numerous windows providing natural light and vistas of the mountains, the neighboring woods, and the lovely, secure outdoor courtyard.Woodridge is a beautiful building designed for comfort and security, with numerous windows providing natural light and vistas of the mountains, the neighboring woods, and the lovely, secure outdoor courtyard. The gem at the center of Woodridge is our beautiful courtyard featuring a patio with a vine-covered pergola and paved walking paths. Inside, there are many common areas throughout Woodridge that allow residents to congregate with visitors or just enjoy the company of other residents. Each unit has its own dayroom. Residents at Woodridge will come into contact with many different members of our staff throughout their day, from nurses to housekeeping to our activities staff. All of our staff is dedicated to making sure that we meet the needs of all of our residents, from health and nutrition to staying active in our community. Our staff members are available to help arrange admissions to Woodridge and to offer assistance with any questions you may have.
