Don't stay in Relux

Terrible staying experience!!! Don't book!!! Front desks at daytime are rude and politeless. One is a female manager and the other is a male. When I reported an issue they always told me we had no idea when to come to repair, even when I complained a big lot of glass pieces were in the parking lot, they told me they didn't know when it could be cleaned. At last, they told me if I am not satisfied with their service and this apartment, I may leave and not staying longer.

Great please for retirement. Nice gym, helpful staffs and delicious food the environment is clean and save.

I visited the Relux Senior Community. It's like staying in a hotel. The big problem is it's only for Asian people. I even tried speaking English to some people; I was just asking directions, and they couldn't even answer me. They don't have staff who speak Spanish; it's either a form of Vietnamese or bad English. If you're not of Asian descent, don't go there. Even the food was all Asian. The menu was in Cantonese, Vietnamese, Korean -- they don't even have an English version. It's like a hotel that they turned into a senior living. It would be a great place if you're Asian.

I visited Relux Senior Community, and what I liked most about it was that it was very affordable and very new. It was just about a year old, so the facilities were fantastic. It was a very nice place. What may not work for my family is that it's in Chinatown, and as such it is a very Chinese-focused community. I'm not sure if that would work for my father or not. The staff who accompanied me on the tour, Thomas, answered all of my questions, and he made me feel very welcome.

My mother didn't feel comfortable at Relux Senior Community because they were all Chinese, and a lot of them didn't speak English. However, they have three meals a day for everybody, they have a pool because it used to be a hotel, and they have a lot of activities. The staff was nice. They tried to be helpful, and the facility was very nice, too.
