My brother is at Desert Springs Healthcare. What I like the best is allowing us to come in and visit with him. They also give little parties or things for them to do. But the least thing right now is when I call, I have a hard time communicating just to talk to a nurse to see how my brother is doing. I would be left on hold and that's something I don't like because there's no other way for me to communicate with my brother except through a nurse or the person taking care of him. That's something I don't like, so I have to get a relative to stay in the city in Hobbs to go and visit and let me know how he is doing. When it comes to cleanliness, the building is clean. They have activities where they do karaoke. My brother gets along with everybody, and he gets up and moves around. And if my brother has an emergency, they always try to contact a family member to let us know if they have to rush him to the emergency ward or when he needs to go to a hospital. It was a good atmosphere. The staff was friendly. It seemed okay with me when I was there visiting. Everything was okay.
