Located directly across from the Dartmouth College campus in Hanover, New Hampshire, Outreach House is a non-profit, private-pay assisted living residence that offers elder adults a small, home-like, safe, smoke-free, supportive, and affordable living environment. It is licensed by the State of New Hampshire as a supported residential care facility with expertly trained staff and 24 hour oversight.attractive setting that enhances independence and supports community involvement.Outreach House serves those seniors who are ambulatory, relatively active, and who require only modest (if any) assistance with their daily living routines. Residents do not need the level of care typically provided in a nursing home, but may need some help in order to maintain their level of independence. Our goal is to provide our residents with a congenial, companionable, secure environment in which they can remain active and engaged in daily activities and the local community.
