Lockwood Of Lyon has the worst management and office team ever. Heating and cooling is constantly not working, lack of staff does not keep the facility as it should, tenants are moving out quite often, cigarette and pot smoking are a concern, sewer smells seem to be coming up recently and this is the worst place I have ever seen from an interior construction standpoint. Lockwood Of Lyon should be closed down until the building gets it together and is up to the standards as it should be and the staff is completely replaced with people who are more experienced running a senior community, it is not Sue or Irina! Maintenance is the worst ever and it should have a team that knows what they’re doing and runs the facility appropriately, this is not the case!

This is by far the worst complex I have ever lived in. The executive directors are horrible, continual heating and cooling problems, cigarette and pot smoking in a non-smoking facility, they take no precautions in letting the residence know when someone has Covid, facility is not kept up because of lack of staff, residence are bullies and it’s just an all-around beautiful, horrible place to live.

The Lockwood Community is very nice and just opened last June! The food is exquisite and the staff is very helpful.

We liked Lockwood of South Lyon because of its location, the apartment size, and its layout. The room that we're going to have will be large enough, under 1,000 square feet, with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, so it's very spacious. The staff was very good. The dining area looked very nice. They have a beauty salon, a library, local transportation, and health care services available if you need to contract for them.
