Lodge On Lafayette

Welcome to Lodge On Lafayette! The Lodge on Lafayette is a 10 unit independent living facility which opened in 2001. It is a small and pleasant community for all who live there. The Lodge on Lafayette is a distinct part of Rose Haven Nursing Home, to which it is connected with. It is privately owned by Shane Sissel who also owns and operates Brooklyn Community Estate. Randi Roggentien is the administrator for both Rose Haven and The Lodge on Lafeyette. The function of The Lodge on Lafayette is supported by our primary staff. Haley Hopp is the Director of Services. Haley manages The Lodge on Lafayette and is there to answer any questions or concerns you may have. Holli Welsh is the Director of nurses. Holli provides oversight of the medical needs for each of our tenant’s and their individual needs. There is an Attendant available from 7am-7pm. Each Attendant is there to assist tenants with daily needs and happy to help any way they can. Tom Bullard is the Director of Maintenance. Our mission is to provide a cost effective quality service, personalized for people over the age of 60. The Lodge fosters independence, individuality, health and physical security for our tenants while preserving a quality and dignity of life, nurturing of the spirit and allowing choice of different services and lifestyles.
