"Silver Lake Senior Living was a little far away from the area where we needed to be and they were undergoing some renovations at the time. They were redoing the floors and doing some painting. I wasn't a fan that the building was two floors, but that might work out fine for some people because it has an elevator and they said that they would escort the residents to the dining room. They were very nice and very accommodating. The lady even called me the next day to see if there was anything else I had thought of that I wanted to ask. The place was very nice and very clean."

"I thought that Cherry Creek Village was very good. What I saw of the apartments was right on target with the others I have seen. The 1-bedroom was larger than I expected. The room they showed was clean and comfortable. We toured during the middle of the day, there weren't that many people around, only a few. I noticed how friendly they all were, including the person who gave the tour and also the person who lives there that we met. I saw a room where they play cards there occasionally or just set there to talk, but nobody there. The community had the kinds of things that anyone needed to interact with other people. I just wasn't able to see everything about the place."

"My mother resides at Serenity Place. I'm very pleased with the facility. It has every amenity that she needs. The staff is very attentive. It has a happy atmosphere. The meals are freshly prepared. The facility is very clean. They have activities and also local groups go in and sing on occasion. When searching for placement for my mother I was taken a back by the astronomical pricing most facilities require. Serenity Place is slightly less costly than other places with the same amenities and love and care. Anyone searching for placement for a loved one should definitely tour the facility. "

"It was very nice, clean, and homey. The staff who gave us the tour is very professional and answered any question. The dining area looked good, and the menu was fairly extensive. They had choices at every meal, physical activities, games for memory, cards, dominoes and checkers. They had a pool as well."

"The staff is very friendly, one very positive thing was that the staff knew my grandparents name. My grandparents seem to have build a relationship with staff member. The facility was very clean, but it did have a odor. The public bathroom are always clean. Some amenities they have is the resident are able to take a bus to Walmart and doctor appointments. I thought this was great, but both of my grandparent are in no condition to drive. They also have a mini library that the residents and guest can read. They also have pool table that the resident can use. A public kitchen on the first floor, that the resident and family members can use. We use it one time on thanksgiving, for dinner. "

"My mother was in Branchwater Village, LLC for a while. The people who work there were nice, but management was a little iffy. The room was a good size. It was adequate. She was moved from assisted living to independent living. The dining area was very nice. The food was good the day I went. The activities were outstanding. They were doing something every day. The staff was very good with the residents. They're attentive."
