"My parents were at Rivermead. It was a five just because of the cleanliness and the level of care was excellent. The staff was very caring and friendly. Everything was very accessible and very quick service if there was a need. The staff would be in the room very quickly when called. They just really made the seniors feel very comfortable and very well cared for. They've got a library, a swimming pool, haircare, hairdressing, and an auditorium. They would bring in performers and stuff like that. They had a tiny woodshop and a greenhouse. The food was amazing. They did lunch and dinner and it was good. They had a garden where people could grow vegetables. They would take them on trips to museums and different outings. It was pretty expensive, but for the care they got, I think it was high quality. It was good value."
