"Heritage House was very inviting. It was very clean and very uplifting. They're very nice people. It was a very positive experience. We visited them for my parents. The staff was very helpful, very friendly, very patient, and very eager to answer questions. They had an available activity room for families to gather, which was very nice. They had an open cafe where people can gather as well, which made it all look like a very inviting home environment. They offer meals, too."

"The help at Elm Crest Retirement Community is very good. There’s a closet inside the door to the room, and it’s a good size. The kitchen is right there too. There isn’t any stove, but there’s a microwave, and it has cupboards up above and a cupboard down below. There’s a small refrigerator, and the living area is kind of joined up with the bedroom. I have my bed in one end, and I have a computer too. "
