"My mom has been in this nursing home for just over a year. The staff have been nice to her but the care is lacking tremendously. I have seen my mom in dirty clothes, and no bedspread on the bed. Her clothes are always missing. They take forever to come back from the laundry if they come back at all. But the number one problem is communication. There is very little. There was an incident with my mom that was not handled satisfactory in my opinion. I can never get any straight answers from any of the staff. Some times they don't seem to know what is going on. They are very under staffed. My mom is not checked for cleanliness. There has got to be a problem internally because too many people have quit. "
