My overall experience with Casa Viejos was good. The rooms were nice, we looked at the dining area, and it was very nice and clean. The staff was very nice, very knowledgeable, and very caring. The value was very good, and it was closer to my sister. You need to call them first because nobody is watching the gate, and you cannot get in.

Casa Viejos was very quiet. I guess it's kind of like a hotel converted into a nursing home with three levels and an elevator. It's nice, but nobody's really out there. They don't really greet you when you walk in. The person who walked us around was very impersonal because I brought my mother, and when she said, "My birthday is on Sunday," the lady just shrugged it off like she didn't care. I didn't really see many staff, and there wasn't any activity happening. It wasn't a very pleasant walkthrough. It's set up like a hotel, so there are individual rooms.
