"What I like best about High Point Residence is its cleanliness. The staff was excellent. The tour was fine, but they had us double-booked with another client. When I booked with them, they sent me a confirmation for 2:00, but when we got there, they explained to us that another family had the same booking at 2:00 as us. That's the biggest issue I had. I didn't have the one-on-one that I expected, so it really wasn't accommodating. The layout and ambiance were incredible. That's really what sold it for us. It's really clean, really spacious, and it's separated by wings. They had community activities. They had a couple of things going on while we were there. They were professional. We visited the rooms and the dining hall."

"My father moved into the Victory Centre of Roseland last November. The location was convenient, it was near my home, and it was ten to fifteen minutes away. When I went there it seemed to be a fairly decent place. They give him his meals and things of that nature. He hasn't been there long. Covid has a lot to do with things that happen. The staff has been very accommodating of your needs. I think they're good. He has plenty to eat and hasn't complained at all. They have a gym, salon, and a beautiful backyard. Those that want to smoke can go out and smoke. They've got a little workout area for your grandchildren. If you want to bring the little ones they can play. So I think that's nice. They got birds, they got a piano, and they played music. So that's pretty good. I think they do a good job under the circumstances."

"It is new, so everything is fresh. The rooms are also the same. The person who assisted us during the tour showed us around and explained everything. She was great. They had a place for therapy, and we saw people coming back from going out for breakfast. The dining area was very pleasant, and supposedly they have a chef."

"The Bickford of Tinley Park was very nice. It was pretty much single rooms, which were nice. It's new, clean, and the rooms were laid out well. The staff was very knowledgeable. They have a personal chef running the kitchen, and it looks like they have plenty of activities there, but then the cost was higher."

"Hi, My brother and I brought my Mom to Emeritus for a 2 week 'Trial' period. We were greeted and treated wonderfully. My moms room was ready and waiting. We were able to have lunch with her before we left her. The lunch was delicious and it was served by a very friendly staff. After lunch we were taken to her room and within 10 minutes or so, a nurse and assistant came by to discuss her Meds and take vitals. They were great! We were very comfortable leaving her here. "The rooms at Victory Centre of South Chicago were very nice, clean, and had a nice view. The heat was ample. They had a ping-pong table, a pool table, games, television, and stretching exercises. The food was ample and scheduled, but you can always have soup or something else, and that was readily available for eight to 10 hours. The staff was excellent in explaining everything."

"My Mom was a resident in Memory Care for 7 1/2 years. The Staff was outstanding. They were compassionate and competent always. The entire experience was excellent including the level of communications."

"I've had my dad for a short stay at Evergreen Senior Living - Orland Park. We were very happy with it, my dad has no complaints. It's a newer facility, around five years old, so it was new and everything's updated. The people seemed to be loving and caring and everything seemed to be in order. The staff seemed to be very caring, and there was a nurse who made sure that my dad takes his medication. They seemed to be very thorough and it was a beautiful facility. During the few times I was there to visit my dad, they have groups of people doing activities. They had a TV in a common room where they were singing along to songs and doing different things for memory care. They're working with the people there, so they weren't just sitting in a chair doing nothing. They weren't any more expensive compared to anyone else, they were the average price. They have a beauty salon available on the premises and they have an outdoor terrace that they can go out on."

"Staff takes good care of my father. Long term care facility is nice and staff are very responsive and respectful. "

"My husband moved to Residences at Deer Creek. I like that he's getting good care, and it's a convenient place for me to visit. The staff is very helpful in assisting him. The facility is very clean. It's a good building. The value is very expensive. The layout is very nice and very convenient for the patient."

"My father is in Clarendale of Mokena. It is very nice and clean. The staff is very good, very attentive, and very patient. They have several things that they do during the day. They do completing sentences. They play bingo and do arts & crafts. They do keep them busy most of the day which is good. The food is very good. They do offer a couple of choices. If there is nothing that they like, they will go and get them a sandwich or burger or whatever they want. "

"My grandmother currently lives in Marian Village. She enjoys it. She is in independent living right now. She enjoys the social interaction with the community events and activities and such. She is active with the chapel there, and the services for the community three times a week. She is also on a few planning committee things for the residents there. I found the staff to be friendly."

"My mother moved into Clarendale in August 2023. This place was home to her the very first time she walked in. There is a cute little cafe, craft room, game room, fine dining and many other amenities. The people are very helpful there even when you are in independent living. My mother has developed alot of friendships here. The reason I gave it four stars instead of five is because when Stórypoint took over there were a lot of changes including increase in rent. There were also changes with the chefs and maintenance people that have since left. I believe due to these changes that my mom had to look for another place. In all I believe it is a very nice place to stay but a little on the expensive side especially for people that are on a fixed income. My mother will be visiting but will have to say her goodbyes on October 11th to move into her new apartment and her next adventure"

"We liked the physical structure of Franciscan Village. We liked the layout of the exterior, the community where it's located, and the setting. It's in a nice wooded area that's pleasant and a little out of the way. The layouts of the independent living cabins/housing units were nice and spread out a little bit. They've got a common area, a chapel, and a bistro place. It was all very nice. The staff was helpful and knowledgeable."
