"Westhill Newnan Crossing was an extremely nice facility. We would be going to Newnan if it wasn't so far away from our residence. It's an hour and ten minutes away from me and I don't want to be that far away from my father. Everything's included in the one-time price. They handle everything for him. They can do lab work, blood work, echocardiograms, EKGs, and X-rays. They can do it all there. The rooms were nice. The facility was nice. They have physical therapy there as well. The staff was extremely friendly and extremely knowledgeable. They knew exactly what they were doing. It's very pretty on the outside. They had nice courtyards. The whole facility was clean. You got a nurse on-staff in memory care where my father is going, who can watch out for him and make sure everything is OK. It's well- secured. He has plenty of room to move around. They have a Market Street in the building and they can go down and see a bakery and a post office there. The dining room is down there where they get involved in activities like baking or drawing or whatever. Anybody with a memory care problem would love the way they had that set up."

"I couldn't say anything but great about Southern Charm. They had different sizes of rooms. They had suites and all of that. We were only concerned with a small room for one person with no kitchen as she was not able to do any of those things. The dining room was very good. "

"We toured The Cauley House. The rooms were big. The room that my mother-in-law would share with a partner was a good size, but it's an older facility. The staff who toured us were very, very helpful. They have some activities for them. They would have somebody come in and play games with them. They have a front porch they could get out and sit on. There's not a whole lot. The cleanliness was good. In terms of location, there are a couple of little fast-food places."

"My parents used to live at Bethany Assisted Living. It was clean and a newer facility. It was very spacious. The people there were really nice and kind. The staff was very caring. They went out there to check on people because they loved and cared for them so much. It was a little expensive, but the level of care they offered was excellent. I had seen a lot of facilities and I would honestly say Bethany was one of the best facilities. "
