"The facility is very nice. There is a lot of room for interaction both for the residents among themselves and with family members that come to visit. The staff is very friendly and cares deeply for the residents there. It is a very welcoming environment. At times, the facility isn't as clean in places as I would like with a family member living there, however, mostly it is more than acceptable. The residents there seem to be happy and well taken care of. They receive a good amount of one on one care from individuals who are devoted to good health and quality of life for our family members."

"The facility was very nice. They had lots of space in the foyer for the residents to sit and look outside, as well as a nice covered porch area for those who were able to sit outside and spend time with their loved ones when they came to visit. The recreation area was large and spacious and offered many fun events for the residents able to participate such as bingo, cards, and church services. The residents rooms were large enough for two residents to live comfortably together and have room to truly live, not just exist. They had plenty of private space in each room for each resident. They also had a wing at the facility that was perfect for my grandmother and other patients with mind debilitating diseases that had the outside doors constantly locked electronically so that they couldn't wander out of the building without supervision. The staff was friendly and loved the residents. Overall, just a wonderful place to have someone you love that needs assistance. "

"My uncle is already in an assisted living at Trinity Village. It was recommended by a doctor. The staff is very pleasant and helpful. They are very good. My uncle is a diabetic and he has to have his medications given to him and he has a lot of physical therapy he is going through, so they are just there for everything. They help him out in a lot of different ways. He has been there for six weeks now. Their rooms and apartments are just the right size. They are convenient, not too big and not too small. Regarding food, my uncle seems to like it. The only thing he complains about is that there is not enough food. They have three good meals a day. They have a nice clean dining room. As far as activities, they have birthday parties for the residents. This afternoon, they had an Elvis impersonator who came in and he did some singing. They have swimming pool for swimming and a hot tub. Trinity Village is a nice safe place. "

"One of my lifelong friends lives at this facility, and it is a great place. The staff members are all real sweet and courteous, the meals are home-cooked- nothing like “nursing home” food you would expect. Plus, there is an open kitchen, dining and living area in every house (the 6 houses are spacious, really nice houses and only offer private bedrooms with private bathrooms/showers). They also have a lot of “socials” where they gettogether in one of the houses and have music and food or movies and popcorn, etc. I don’t think there is a better place to move your loved one into. Most places require shared rooms, and at least shared bathrooms, but luckily that is not the case at this nursing home. Other than the fact that the facility in and of itself is really nice, pretty and recently built, the care provided to my friend is great. They always have an RN on staff, but often it’s RNs that are taking care of her, not just a med nurse. They check out every little cough and seem to keep a very close eye on her health. Let’s face it, her health is her top priority at this point in life, and the staff there seem to have the same viewpoint for all the residents. They stay in close contact with her family by calling and having face to face meetings with her whole care team to go over progress, changes, and making sure they are all on the same page. I just can’t express how much better this place is compared to the other two she was previously in. "

"White Hall is newer than the others, and I heard good things about it. It was clean, didn’t smell bad, and the staff seemed nice. I thought it was expensive. The rooms were nice, and you could have a private room if you paid more, but otherwise you will have a roommate. I was there when they had a birthday party. They have meals that you can eat with your folks if you want to. "
