"Ridgecrest Health and Rehabilitation was a beautiful new facility. What I liked least was they had a large turnover of CNAs and nurses. The building itself was clean, but my husband's room needed deep cleaning. I asked for it to be cleaned several times and it was never done. The wax is coming off the floor and the window sill was broken. It's just different things that weren't being repaired. There were a bunch of new people all the time who didn't know what they were doing, but that wasn't everybody. There were some really good people that worked there, but overall, generally speaking, there were a lot of people who didn't know what was going on. The food had a lot of mystery meat. It wouldn't necessarily taste bad, but you didn't know what it was. The building was very nice. The care declined and the price increased tremendously. We're sure we're not getting our money's worth."

"Jonesboro Health Care were like family for over a year and a half for my dad. The place did not feel like a "nursing home" and the staff always went out of the way to help and make the experience the best. "St. Elizabeth's Place has been great for my mother. She has had a great time with the other resident while attending rehab to return home. Everyone treats her with respect and encourages her daily. Very thankful. "

"The Bungalows at Jonesboro looked amazing. They offer a lot more assistance from the medical side of it, which is what I really was shooting for. But there's no opening anytime soon with them. The staff was very nice. I actually saw a couple of people's rooms. They allowed us to come in and talk to some of the people living there. They had lived there for years and loved it. I ate there for lunch, and it was very good."

"My husband is going to Craighead Nursing Center. He needs total care. I have chosen them because of their reputation. When we toured the facility, it was very clean and bright, and it had a lot of natural light to it. The personnel were very friendly. We spoke to many of the employees as we had our tour, and they were impressive. They're quite a bit cheaper than where he is now, where the level of care is not as good. The price of it too had a bearing. The staff who gave the tour was very informative. She answered all our questions. She even answered them before we asked them."

"This is a first class facility providing excellent care for the patients. The home allows churches to provide worship services for the patients. They allow different groups to come in to provided entertainment for the patients. It is a part of the Lawrence Memorial Hospital Building Complex. Doctors are available if needed at any time. It is a highly rated facility in the state of Arkansas. "

"We've found over the years that Sunshine Manor is a really good facility. My mother has been there for about five years now. They do a good job taking care of their people. They know all the people, they care for their residents, and they do everything. The accommodations just met my mom's needs. She was able to get a room with its own bathroom, and also it had a good-sized closet. The price was pretty reasonable. We were happy with that. The food is good. I eat lunch and supper with my mom, and I'm pleased with their meals. I would give them a good rating for their meals. I would recommend it to anybody who is looking for an assisted living in that area. "

"My aunt is now in Green House Cottages Of Belle Meade. Right now, she is in long-term care. It's closer. We have other relatives who are residents there, and we just felt like that was a better choice for her. Their rooms and all of them were nice. It is mainly because she would know certain people there and for us, it's a more comfortable situation that other family members could visit her when they visited their family. All of the staff are very professional. Her welfare there is number 1. We have no complaints. It is a family-type situation where all the residents eat together and that kind of thing, but because of COVID, they discouraged the family members sitting at the table. It's not home, so she's not going to be 100% happy, but I'm not sure what they could do to improve that because she still wants to go home. They have bingo, card games, puzzles, and little exercise classes. They have a salon and a library."

"My dad is in Greene Acres Nursing Home, and we've been very satisfied with them. They check on dad a lot, if he's not eating, they'll help him eat. I feel like they've gone above and beyond what most nursing homes do. The food is excellent, it's unreal how good it is, it's just great. When it comes to the rooms, you can tell it's an older place, but it's clean. It's kind of old, but it's still nice and they've got a window in every room, which is crazy to me. It's amazing the way they built it, how every room has a window looking outside. The staff has been great."

"My mom is at the Chateau On The Ridge for more than a year now. It's a place you do not worry about your parents being, it's wonderful. One of the things that mother says a lot is that they care about you, you can tell. She feels like they love her there, they check on her and they're just very attentive. It's a really good place to be. They have a lot of activities for the senior citizens, they just do all kinds of activities, and every holiday they'll have some type of craft. They're doing crafts all the time with them, or if you want you can do puzzles. They've got a room and it's just dedicated to the crafts, and even if they don't have an organized craft at that point, you can still go in there and build stuff up. They have tons of activities. The food is excellent. It's not like a cafeteria, they have Southern cooks there and they do a good job. They have multiple places where there are books or multiple libraries, and it's really neat because they can do little puzzles. They get one puzzle a day, and if you turn that puzzle in, you get some sort of money in your account that you can use to buy gum at the store and other neat things that older people like."

"Lakeside Nursing Center is a very good place to be if you have to be there. The building was good. The people that work there are just as sweet as they can be, and I'd go back if I had to. They were going through a period of not having a chef and sometimes, the food was late getting there and sometimes it was just like a sandwich. Their dining area was nice. It's clean, there's plenty of sunlight coming in, there were good people to talk to, and there's entertainment there in the dining room. They had games, little trivia games, bingo games, and movies with popcorn and soda."

"I am delighted to review this facility as from my personal observations and from resident and staff interviews this place is the real deal. The staff had nothing but praise for Administration and Admin said nothing but amazing things about their staff. The residents said that staff was like their children and they loved them. I observed attentive loving compassionate staff and admin. The facility is clean and beautiful with modern decor. The grounds are well groomed and maintained. I was most impressed with the staff interaction with residents. The respect for their elders was evident. The environment here is infectious in a good manner. The residents are bright, alert and well cared for this is a must see facility. I would place my loved one here. "
