My sister moved to Cherokee Village Assisted Living Center. We chose this place because for us the location is the main thing and the price. Her living space, it's a one-room suite is what they call it. I haven't tried the food but she is somewhat happy with it. There are activities that keep her pretty busy. They have bingo and they do arts and crafts. They've got a screened-in porch or they can go outside. They got a little courtyard to walk around. They provide the meals, and the care, they check on every hour. They take care of her medications and have a nurse there 24 hours.
