"My husband and I decided to bring my mother in law home from an assisted living facility. After talking with 3 home health care businesses we decided on Home Instead. The Care Coordinator was so informative, caring, and respectful of our requests it was a easy decision to make. The folks at Home Instead came for a visit prior to her homecoming and helped us prepare and consider safety issues that we didn't even think of. The home health care workers have been punctual, kind, and willing to help in any way. We had one situation that was "not a good fit" and the Care Coordinator assisted us in finding a new home health care worker that was. The nurse has been incredible and so available. "A nurse from Center Health came in once or twice a week to check on my mom. She checked the vital signs, gave her check-ups and was on-call if there were any problems. They also supplied a hospital bed, walker, therapist, music therapist and two other therapists which I did not remember the titles. I was always there and I did not allow anybody there that my mom was not comfortable with. "

The CNA's were a life saver. They answered all our questions and gave us a great plan when they stopped coming to see my father."

"I have home health aides coming in for my mom, and they're from CenterWell Home Health. It's mostly in-home nursing. They check her vitals. She had some skin wounds, and they took care of that. They supply supplies for that. They also have a speech therapist come to help with swallowing. I think they offer some other things that I have not taken advantage of, but in a nutshell, it's pretty straightforward stuff. They're all very nice people. They seem professional. They're willing to help. They always say, 'If you need anything, call us any time.' I've had to call them beyond business hours before, and they have responded quickly."
