Dr. Robbins has spent his entire adult life offering medical and psychiatric advice. He’s served on the clinical faculty of the University of Wisconsin for 35 years, and is board-certified in both internal medicine and psychiatry. Over those 35 years, Dr. Robbins taught forensic psychiatry, collaborative psychiatry, consultation psychiatry, psychopharmacology, and geriatric psychiatry
Dr. Robbins has served as the medical director for the state hospital in Madison, Wisconsin, and – for over 20 years – as the medical director for a hospital geriatric psychiatry unit in southern Wisconsin.
Currently, Dr. Robbins oversees a residential hospice unit for people with late-stage dementia and is the medical director for psychiatry at Tribal Health in California.
