Welcome to Pinecrest Manor! The facility is a licensed 138-bed skilled nursing facility, conveniently located on the campus of Penn Highlands Elk. In addition to serving those in the community who require long-term care, we have a full-service rehabilitation center staffed by qualified physical, occupational, and speech therapists who can help you recover after a hospital stay, illness, or injury and return home. Our resident-centered care also includes a 10 bed memory-support unit, as well as the option for respite care.Pinecrest Manor strives to create a comfortable, home-like environment for the residents who call it home. Our staff blend quality health care delivery with activities to keep residents physically, mentally, spiritually, and socially engaged. Whether they stroll through our gardens, sip coffee at the Round Table Caf, or enjoy a trip to the in-house salon, the residents at Pinecrest Manor live each day with dignity and quality. Pinecrest Manor offers comfortable, spacious rooms, each with a telephone and attached bathroom. Cable hook-up is available should you wish to bring a television, and the facility is equipped with WiFi. Laundry services are offered, free of charge. An in-house salon is available with a variety of services, from haircuts to perms and coloring, available for a nominal fee. If there is a need to visit a physician outside of the facility, transportation can be provided. Pinecrest Manor is situated among mature trees and offers several outside walking paths with easy accessibility. A courtyard garden provides a welcoming place to gather, and a sensory garden allows you to enjoy the sight, feel, and aroma of nature.
