Please contact the Terrace office for current income levels. St. Michael Terrace is a 102 unit FHA rental assisted mid-rise apartment complex, established in 1982. We have 100 one bedroom, and 2 two bedroom, apartments. Ten of the one bedroom apartments are handicapped accessible. Rent is based on income, after medical expenses (30%). Tenant is responsible for electric, but utility allowance is provided each month. There is a currently a waiting list for residency. The length wait varies on the number of move-outs and applications received. The current wait time after application is displayed under the "Announcements" section on this site . In accordance with the Federal Law and U.S. Department of Agriculture, St Michael Terrace is prohibited from discriminating on the basis of race, color, national origin, sex, age or disability.
