My father is in Riverwood Senior Living. They provide care, but it isn't enough for what he needs. He's gonna need a little bit more care, but they do a good job. I never saw his room. We couldn't go in because of COVID so we just left his stuff in the building and they took care of it. They've got a very friendly and caring staff. I just saw the front part of the building where we can see him. It's very clean.

The care that Riverwood Senior Living provides for my husband is excellent. His room is very good, and I'm on my way there now to bring him his TV. They do puzzles, play cards, board games, they have entertainment, and all of that. The food is very good and he likes it.

We chose Riverwood Senior Living because some of the services that my father needed or still needs were part of the base price whereas they were ala carte over at other places. It's also located two blocks from my husband's office and two of my sons, so it's a little bit more convenient for everybody. The staff has been very attentive to him, very kind, and very concerned about him and how he is doing. I'm really pleased with it. There's a good variety of activities. They have four or five different things available each day, and it's very reasonable cost wise.

Riverwood Senior Living is a very nice place, and the people are very friendly. It's not as big and not as nice as where my mom is now, and they only have single rooms, but the level of service and not charging for every single thing that they do made a big difference to us. It's less expensive, but the care my mom will get will be better than where she is now. Everything is included.

Riverwood Senior Living was very nice and organized. It had tons of rooms. It was like a big convention center. I liked the fact that the place had an open drink bar where you could get coffee, a Coke, or juice 24 hours a day. There were a lot of little perks. There was a garden, a back porch, a front porch, and rocking chairs. The facility had an independent living section, an Alzheimer's unit, and everything in between, so once you check in, you can stay there for a long time. The residents had mailboxes, which is something I liked very much. There were lots of halls and lots of places where people could get together. The people there were very sweet. It was everything that I would want. If something happens to me, this place is where I'll check in. It was the only facility that really spoke to me. It was the one that I would give an A+ all around for being welcoming, giving me a grand a tour, and treating me like a princess. The bigwigs who were trying to spoil me would stop and chitchat with anybody and everybody. That made an impression on me, and they were very loving.

Riverwood Senior Living was a good place with great people. I had a meal there one day to see how the cafeteria works. It was one of the higher priced ones. The staff was very good, and most of them have been there for years now. The place was very pretty inside, and the outside had pretty grounds and walking trails.

I was a respite resident. I had my breast removed from cancer. I received great care. The food was delicious. My apartment was decorated beautifully, and I knew the staff really cared for me. They showed me such respect. If I ever need care again, Riverwood is where I will go.
