In the past few months, we have visited various ALF facilities in Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach Counties looking for the right fit for my 95-year-old mother. Hands down, The Wyndam House in West Palm Beach exemplified the environment we felt was the "right fit" for her. The cleanliness, attentiveness, professionalism, and "real-home" atmosphere projected what we believed would be ideal. We had the opportunity to have her stay for 4 days while being out of town. Upon our return, we were elated to see her in good spirits and very communicative about her stay. She mentioned that her meals were excellent, the staff was wonderful, and had nothing but a positive experience. We soon will have to decide about her permanent residency in an ALF facility. Our family would be "hard pressed" to find a facility with the qualities of The Wyndam House. Kudos to the Administrative Director (Jorge H.) and his Co-Administrative Director (Jorge Jr.) for having a 1st Class Team!!

I dint think there's enough space to say how wonderful a place Wyndham House is. We placed my mother in law at Wyndham about a month ago. Jorge H. and his wife are just two of the most caring and loving people we've ever met. Our first impression and our gut plus a very strong recommendation from the Altheimers Community Center's director,Rhonda, all helped in choosing Wyndham. Jorge is meticulous in every aspect of managing Wyndham, paying very close attention to all the paperwork, medications, cleanliness, diet, securityand all aspects of Paquita's ongoing care. The residents have plenty of activies and are fed nutricious meals on a daily basis. All of the staffs interactions with the residents is both compassionate and caring. You can see that they love what they are doing. The residents are also engaged a number of varied activities like playing dominoes, dancing and have an ample back yard for those activities. I can go on and on. But at the risk of sounding like a phony review,I'll stop. I believe you can get that both me and my wife are extremely pleased with their level of care our loved one receives here.We would highly recommend Wyndham House to anyone who wants a great assisted living facility for their loved one. I end by saying that Jorge is adhering strictly to the current pandemic guidelines for eldercare facilities. I hope that this helps.

My father was a guest here a few years back. He enjoyed living at Wyndham specially the domino games with his friends there, the food which was great and the staff that assisted him during his stay. From the cook to the caregivers and management all are a first class group. I have referred the home to numerous friends who have had excellent experiences also. I highly recommend this place for your loved one.

While searching for a place for my friend's mother to live, we decided to take a look at Wyndham House, since it was conveniently located. My friend's mother has some family members who have lived in the region all of their lives. We were really impressed with how well the grounds were kept and how nice and accommodating the staff were. The communal areas all seemed to have a nice level of energy and participation. The dining room, activity rooms and lounges were all nicely decorated. The food and snacks looked delicious and nutritious, with a nice variety. The residents are regularly encouraged to participate in a variety of activities, from exercise classes, to things such as creating artwork, play group games and sign up to take trips around the area for all kinds of fun outings. We saw residents playing games, watching television and reading, while some were in the media room watching a movie. They are a full-service assisted living facility - with regular meals, snacks, housekeeping, nursing care with a wellness care program, and personal care, if necessary. We could see that she would get along well here. Based upon what we saw, we are strongly considering Wyndham House and would recommend that anyone interested check it out.
