How can I start a caregiver support group?

Danielle fine asked...

Since joining this site the other day, I see so much of the frustration, anger and depression that I have experienced over the years taking care of two elderly parents, that it got me thinking about starting a caregiver group in my area now that my last living parent has passed away...I want a group where people like us can go for comfort and support, because let's face it, no one understands this road unless they've gone through it! Does anyone have any suggestions for me to present in a group setting....I want it to be about us and for us, I want the members to be the voice of the shape of this group....How do I present this? I already started it online for my area, but just wondering about the first meeting and what materials, if any, I'll be needing...ANYTHING, any advice! Thanks!
