I applied for VA benefits in 2008 - 2009, and when I received my Final answer in 2010, I was turned down for the tumor. They said I was turned down because VA did not do the Surgery. I am getting 30% percent at the present time, for Diabetes & heart Problems. Can I reapply for the Tumor ?
