They need to be sure there is continuity in nurses because there was a problem in the beginning. Now I have the same nurse and it is perfect. When the better weather comes, I would like them to take me on walks.

They care about their clients. My grandfather has been hospitalized, and they're constantly calling to check in on him. Having someone there to feed him has been the most helpful. My grandmother is funny about who she opens up to, and they absolutely love the girl that they have been matched with.

The people that work there are good. I like that if something isn't good, they will fix it immediately. I don't have to go the hospital as much anymore, and I can get my infusions from the comfort of my own home.

They are more knowledgeable about your needs than other companies are. Their care is excellent. It has given me the freedom to get things done around the house. They do personal hygiene and keep her engaged so I can take care of my home.

The people were friendly and very helpful. They weren't afraid to dig in and help. Most of their people understood my disease and were able to help. A couple didn't have experience with it, but that wasn't their fault. However, it made things a little more difficult.

My nurse was impeccable! I loved her and I wish she was here everyday. I have a wild dog that my nurse had to deal with. My nurse was unbelievable. They would call me when they were out of town to see how I was when I had other caregivers. My nurse talked the other nurses through things that they didn't know how to do. When one specific nurse was here, it was great. The other nurse had never done it before. The good nurse would stay longer than she had to.

I've had good experiences with the agency, such as having a superb caregiver. The services have allowed me to do more with my work schedule and I'm not as worried about certain things.

They are dependable and efficient. They help me with my shoes and socks and getting me dressed and undressed.

They could be more on time. They're not always one time. If I call them, they need to come. One of the girls who was going to take me to an appointment went above and beyond. My car is modified, so the seat belt needs to be competently prepared. She needs to crawl around my car to do this, that, and the other thing. She did it, and finally the car started.

The people are nice and they treat you really well. They also make sure that you are taken care of when they come to your home. They give me services in my home to take care of me so that I do not have to worry about anything.

I would tell a friend that BrightStar Care is credited like hospital, so it's easier to deal with the insurance companies. I know what's going on, I know that Alma is clean, and I know she's being taken care of.

BrightStar Care's caregivers that we had were competent, friendly, skilled, and it was overall a good experience. The most helpful aspect of my services was the fact that my caregivers were prompt and here when they said they were going to be here.
