Brightview Baldwin Park is an active facility. The residents seemed very happy. It's clean and modern. They had good facilities. The one room they had available was not very large. I did not try the food, so I cannot speak to their menu or their chefs. It seems as though they have some good activities there. I believe they have a library and religious facilities, but I did not see them. The only room I saw was a little bit tight, and it was oddly shaped. There was a 45-degree angle to it, which I thought made it a little bit difficult to organize with furniture. I was very impressed with the staff and how they interacted with me, each other, and with the residents.

I like Brightview Baldwin Park because all the rooms were single. A lot of the other ones were more expensive, and they weren't single, and they didn't even have a divider between the beds, so it wasn't like you got your own room. Brightview's rooms were more like little apartments where it was their own bedrooms and their own bathrooms, so I like that a bit better. Also, they were good at calling back and answering the questions. The staff who showed me around was very friendly. She knew all the patients' names. I knew someone that lived there. She lived in an independent living apartment, and she had a small refrigerator, a stove, and a microwave in the apartment.

My father has been in the memory care part of Brightview Baldwin Park . The staff have been really taking care of him well. He enjoys the van rides and playing the piano as well as games in the community room such as bingo and crosswords. There is a nice private area in the back yard where they can relax. The bedrooms are large with a nice view of the yard. Thank you for doing a great job caring for Dad and those like him!

The one bedroom apartments in Assisted Living are a nice size. The staff is kind and very friendly. The food is really good-especially the soups! If a resident is not able to go to the dining room, meals are brought to them. During the last 2 years, they have kept in touch with families as to what was going on, when vaccines were being given, and visitation restrictions. Musical groups come, they have movies, scenic drives and daily exercise, among other activities. It is expensive, but I feel that my parent is safe and cared for.

My husband of fifty-one years has a terminal brain disease. It was a wrench when it became clear that he could no longer be cared for at home. What to do? When we visited Brightview and got acquainted with the staff, the decision was easier. The associates are friendly and well trained. The executive staff takes a real interest in the residents, making their experience as positive and enjoyable as possible. My husband has a pleasant, spacious apartment that overlooks a wonderful sycamore tree and the entrance drive. The food is great as I can attest, having joined my husband for meals at times. I would recommend (and have recommended) Brightview to anyone looking for a loving, caring home for their loved ones.

I'm living in Brightview Baldwin Park. It's excellent, it's very good. Right now, I'm in a studio apartment with a large room, bathroom, refrigerator unit, kitchen cabinets and a closet. The food is also excellent. For activities we do exercises. Everybody is very friendly, very helpful, and very professional.

I'm in Brightview Baldwin Park. They have quite a few people here, maybe 100, it's in a beautiful area, they have a dining hall, there are meals, and it seems to be well run. The food is excellent, although right now we're in a virus situation, and the food is delivered to the room. It's not the same as it would be if we had our dining hall in operation, and we had a very good dining hall. The food is very good, well delivered, and the staff is fantastic. I'm very happy with it. Before the virus came, we had a lot of activities in the afternoon where people could get acquainted with each other and enjoy each other, but that had to close down.

When I got to Brightview Baldwin Park, they had already set up for one of the residents to have lunch with me, so I felt welcomed. The food was excellent. It's all-inclusive which means your meals and housekeeping are provided except your own telephone. The apartments are not as big as I would like, but they're sufficiently big enough. They do your towels, sheets and linens for you and have interesting exercise programs as well as other activities. It's the type of place that would make sure I come out of my apartment and participate. The food was excellent, and the staff was very personable.
