This is not true. Medicare does allow for meals to delivered to the home in two instances. Following hospitalization and as for chronic conditions. In either case, the benefit is not indefinite and must be offered by your chose health plan as a benefit. Check CMS manual Chapter 4 Section 30.1 and 30.5
