Some decent staff. Others are not as pleasant. Poor communication with family members. Not great care. Would not bring family member back there.

My relative is currently at South Dade Nursing and Rehab Center, but I'm not thrilled with it. Some staff members are very nice and very helpful, but there are others that I feel are dishonest, or they tell you things that they think you want to hear. So, there are some that are excellent, but then others clearly tell you things that you know are not accurate. The facility is not modern. It's like a 1970's type building, but it's clean. They have an activity room. They put on music and they do some exercise, like they move to the music. They have bingo. They have a calendar on the wall that tells you what the activities are. Their meals are not bad. I've tasted them. They do more of like a Hispanic-flavored type of food.

the staff was rude and barely cared for the residents. My mother was not elderly and could talk and speak her mind but they still showed no compassion. The Facility is dirty.
